An exciting vacancy has become available for either an Higher Level Teaching Assistant or experienced Teaching Assistant, in Early Years at Bredhurst Primary School to commence in September. The Early Years is where all of the foundations for learning and play begin and we value highly skilled staff who can get the very best out of our children.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced practitioner to join our hard working team and support pupils within the Early Years classroom environment. The successful candidate will be required to support children during learning activities in the classroom and outside in the wider learning environment.  The hours of work will be 8.45am - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.

You need to work with the class teacher to raise the learning and attainment of pupils in the Early Years and promote pupils’ independence and love of learning.  You must be able to both work under the direction of the teacher and on your own initiative.

If you are a hardworking and enthusiastic HLTA or Teaching Assistant with high expectations, are adaptable and able to work as part of a team and have a commitment to excellence in attainment and progress then we would love to hear from you.
